Register HereThe Incident
London Drugs reported that, on April 28, 2024, it discovered that it had been “the victim of a criminal cybersecurity incident”, in which “data from London Drugs' corporate environment was exposed, including certain files from its finance and human resource departments, which in some cases included employee information.”
The claim alleges that the employee information that was exposed includes, at minimum, full names, postal addresses, social insurance numbers, and payroll information.
On May 23, 2024, Global News reported that London Drugs had confirmed the files had been leaked onto the dark web.
This proposed class action seeks compensation on behalf of current and former employees whose personal information was allegedly exposed and publicly released in breach of their privacy rights.
This proposed class action is at an early stage and none of the allegations have been proven or tested in court.

Does it cost anything to register?
No. There is no fee to register, nor does registration place any obligations on you.
Do I need to register to be part of the class action?
